1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QYLLO (the "Service"), provided by Aura Stream Digital Labs ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QYLLO is a document management platform that provides zero-knowledge encrypted storage, document scanning, organization, and expiry tracking. The Service is available via mobile applications (Android, iOS) and a web application.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and vault password.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Important: Due to our zero-knowledge encryption architecture, if you lose your vault password, we cannot recover your encrypted documents. You are solely responsible for remembering your vault password.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service to store illegal content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated means to access the Service without our permission

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

5.1 Free Plan

The free plan includes limited storage, basic features, and advertisements. Free plan features and limits may change at any time.

5.2 Premium Plan

Premium subscriptions provide additional storage, advanced features, and an ad-free experience. Payments are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

5.3 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the respective app store. Refund policies are governed by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store terms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of Aura Stream Digital Labs and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload to the Service.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Zero-Knowledge Architecture Disclaimer

QYLLO employs zero-knowledge encryption, meaning:

  • We cannot access, view, or decrypt your stored documents.
  • We cannot reset or recover your vault password.
  • If you lose your vault password without biometric backup, your documents cannot be recovered.
  • We are not liable for data loss resulting from lost vault passwords.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Stream Digital Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and your encrypted data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
