🗑️ What Gets Deleted
All uploaded documents and images
Vault encryption keys (vault contents become unrecoverable)
Document metadata, categories, and binders
Account credentials and authentication data
Analytics and usage data linked to your account
All personally identifiable information (PII)
⏱️ Deletion Timeline
Immediate: Account access is disabled
Within 30 days: All data permanently deleted from our servers
Backup retention: Encrypted backups purged within 90 days
Note: Due to zero-knowledge encryption, vault data cannot be recovered after deletion. Please export any important documents before requesting account deletion.
